 2009 CHALLENGE #1 - WINNER ANNOUNCED
CREATE A LAYOUT (one or two-page of any size 6x6 or larger) USING 3 OR MORE 2 X 2 INCH PICTURES
You have until 8PM on THURSDAY, MARCH 26TH to upload your NEW layout for this challenge into our gallery in the CHALLENGES folder. Be sure to title it with your name and Challenge #1. We will select a winner and announce it next Friday, March 72th - and they'll get a great GLMM 09 exclusive prize!
Winners will be selected RANDOMLY - and for every challenge you enter, you'll be entered into a final prize drawing at the end of our challenges!

Sounds good, but how do you get 2 x 2 pictures? My printer does photos really bad, so I print mine all at Meijer.

Heather, take a 4x6 and crop out the stuff that isn't necessary to make a 2x2

Another option for a 2x2 picture is printing a wallet size photo. These are usually 2x3 so do not crop the picture too close when sizing it for printing. Also think film strips. That is a nice way to show the small pictures.

I think I need a new calender. Mine does not have a March 72th on it.

ok, I posted my challenge. I actually posted 3 different ones, but I don't expect my name to be entered 3 times. I just really love working with 2x2 pictures. Back before I started scrapbooking I wasn't quite so careful of the pictures I took so I have a lot of pictures with lots of excess back ground that can gladly be deleted. And I didn't put my pictures on the computer so I can't go back and enlarge the picture. I'm stuck with what I have.

They look totally AWESOME!! Now I'm getting motivated. I have 2 idea's and I should have something submitted in a couple days

Regina - you're so picky - I guess if you are unwilling to count ahead to what day March 72nd would be...I'll change it to the 27th
