But in order to keep that 'fun factor', we ask that you please consider the following before undertaking swaps, both participating or hosting:
- - Swaps take time. *Life* happens, so please account for this when determining if you are willing and able to participate in a swap.
- Swaps are entered into 'at your own risk'. Sometimes participants will have to bow out. Sometimes projects/items you get in return aren't your style or of the same perceived quality of what you contributed. This is all part of swapping. Consider it as part of the fun! If it's not fun, simply refrain from participating in the future.
- The "hostess" of the swap has the right to set/establish any and all rules pertaining to the swap. We recommend that hostesses be as specific as possible. Also, if you have concerns or issues related to a swap, please address it with the hostess in a friendly, considerate manner.
- If you are unable to fulfill an obligation to a swap, please contact the host immediately, so that they can solicit an *angel* to complete the swap in your place.
If the owners of this site feel that the swap environment has become unpleasant, the opportunity to swap here may be removed. In addition, members who are found to consistently be detrimental to swapping here may also be removed.
