You won’t want to miss our Amazing Fun Crop Parties in 2009! One or both nights have sold out the past three years - so grab your tickets when registration opens in March 2009!  We’ll have games and contests, and you’ll compete for the ultimate prize each night of a FREE Scrapbook Mega Retreat!  The Table Decorating Contest will return, and we’ll have lots of crop night shopping deals!  The crop is still the ONLY place to get a FREE Goody Bag at the GLMM! 

There will be great prizes and the Die Cut FREE Zone will feature new dies and new machines from ELLISON & Sizzix!  We’ll turn the party music on, and have a great time!   All this for only $15/person—or SAVE and purchase a table for four for only $50!

We can accommodate 350 croppers on Thursday and 650 on Friday! Be sure to pre-register to ensure your seat at these fantastic crop parties!

Table Theme Contest   Create a theme for your table, and dress up, decorate and show your stuff!  Each night prizes will be given to the best Themed Tables from various sponsors! Click for more detailed contest rules.

Crop Goody Bags - Each crop participant will receive a Crop Goody Bag, with items donated from our generous sponsors!   The Crop Parties are now the ONLY place to get a goody bag at the GLMM 2008!!

Die Cut FREE Zone - Sponsored by Ellison Design/Sizzix and Scrapbooks Mega Meet, LLC, enjoy the use of a wide variety of die cut equipment during the crops! 

Vendor Crop Tables - When you run out of adhesive or need the perfect paper, you won't be left high and dry! Many exhibitors will have merchandise for sale at Crop tables throughout the crop!

What should I bring to the crop?
Plan ahead, and bring your scrapbook project ready to assemble!  Pre-cropped and pre-planned pages will go together easily, and allow you to enjoy this HUGE crop!   Plan to be able to bring in your supplies in one trip, because you won't want to make several!  It will be a long walk!

Will I be able to shop during the crop?
Some exhibitors will have merchandise for sale at tables during the crop. They won't be bringing the whole booth! So, if there is something special you need, or you see during the day, don't wait until the crop to purchase it! More details on which exhibitors are sponsoring crop tables will be available closer to the show date.

Will there be any supplies available during the crop?
The DIE CUT FREE ZONE s
ponsored by Ellison Design/Sizzix and Scrapbooks Mega Meet, LLC, will have a wide variety of die cut equipment available during the crops!

Will there be electricity at the crop?
With so many people at each crop night - it's just impossible to provide power for your electronic tools!  Cut what you need ahead of time, and leave that bulky electronic cutter at home!

Can I sit with my friends at the crop?
When you register, you can reserve a table for four for you and your friends. If you have not made a table reservation, then, seating is first come, first serve, beginning at 6:00 pm.  There are 4 croppers to a table.

What if I get hungry?
The concession stand will remain open during the first part of the crop! 

What is your beverage policy?
Only beverages with lids will be permitted on the cropping tables, for the safety of your albums, and the safety of the albums of others working at your table!  Beverages without tight fitting lids should be kept on the floor.

Will there be prizes?
Will there be prizes?!?  Oh yes!  There will be prizes!  You won't want to miss any of the opportunities to win prizes, big and small!

Can I buy crop tickets at the door?
If there are crop tickets available after all of the pre-registrations are processed, they will be for sale beginning opening day of the convention, in the information booth!

What is the informal cropping area that I read about?
During the day, tables and chairs are available for informal cropping at the rear of the exhibit hall. Use of this area is included in your daily admission fee. We ask that you observe the following courtesies:

  • Please do not save table space

  • Please limit your informal cropping to 3 hours to allow others an opportunity

  • Please clean up your area when leaving.
