CROP PARTY CONTEST RULES

TABLE DECORATING CONTEST – sponsored by Scrapbooks Mega Meet, LLC

• Entrants must register their table, theme and group members at the designated time, beginning at approximately 7:30PM, for one hour.  Groups can be of any size - but the prizes are awarded in multiples of four - based on the standard table size of four people.  Larger groups are responsible for deciding how to divide the prizes among themselves.
• Entrants should be prepared to be judged, by a minimum of three non-distinguishable judges, between approximately 8:30PM – 9:30PM.
• Judges will be provided evaluation forms to judge all entrants that will include assigning points for theme, costuming, table decorations and overall presentation.
• Crop Crew will total all points and will announce winner(s) at approximately 10:00PM.
• Prizes - 4 Identical prizes will be awarded to the winning table.
