Class Schedule
The 2011 Mini Meet Class Schedule is NOW AVAILABLE!!
Santa Claus is Coming to Town.... a week early!
The Downtown
Toledo Holiday Parade is a week earlier than it's been for the past 25
years, and will affect getting to and from the Convention Center on
Saturday morning! SeaGate has negotiated with the City to allow
our guests access into and out of the convention center until 9:30/9:45 am
on Saturday - and will reopen access to the convention center first as
streets are reopened - about 11:30/11:45am.
So if you have a
morning class with us - come on down a little early so you can get
through before Santa takes over!

open route (follow the yellow arrows)! If you haven't
pre-registered, but come down early to beat the Parade - we will
allow you to enter the show floor prior to 10am! Don't forget to
click and print our coupon to save on admission if you haven't
already pre-registered! Or come on down, enjoy the parade, and then
head over to scrapbook with us!

shows what classes are on the schedule when - you can click on any of the
class titles, and a popup window will give you the details on the class,
including an image of the class project, the description, the supply list,
the price, and more!

Descriptions
The "Descriptions" link takes you
to a long list (printed it will be 40+ pages long), sorted alphabetically
by the "short" class title (which cross references to the title that shows
on the grid) This alphabetical list includes images, descriptions, supply
lists, prices, and lists the times and dates each class is offered.
Basic Supplies:
For all classes you should plan to bring the following basic supplies, as
well as any supplies listed with the class description:

Adhesive (wet and dry)

Exacto Knife
CLASS POLICIES:
-Students will not be admitted to classrooms more than 15 minutes
late to class. Please make careful note of your schedule, and be ON TIME
to your classes.
- Class Kits will ONLY BE AVAILABLE to students who see the
classroom assistant or the classroom managers during the ticketed
class period.
- NO ROLLING TOTES!
For the safety and security of
our guests. No
Rolling Totes will be allowed on the Sales Floor or in Classrooms.
Rolling Totes will only be permitted in the Informal Crop Area,
and at the Crop Parties. A bag check area will be available
and staffed all show hours.
-Out of courtesy to all class participants, cell phones must be turned
off in classrooms.
-Video and/or Audio taping is not permitted in classes.
-Class ticket does not include admission to exhibit hall.
-Infants and Children under 10 are not
permitted in the classes.
-All Children 10 and over must have their own
ticket to enter the classroom.
-No refunds will be issued based on perceived quality of the class or
event.
